TaxTim says: 6 January 2016 at 19:00 It can take up to 30 working days for SARS to review your supporting documents. Once their review is complete, they should issue you with a "Completion Letter" and you should hopefully receive your refund in a few days. This is provided you don't have any tax returns from prior years outstanding. You can always follow up the progress of your refund with SARS on 0800 007 277.
