I submitted for both years but according to SARS I have two IRP5's for 2012 one from period 2011 March to 2011 December when I was employed by university of Limpopo, and the other is for February 2012 when I was just appointed by Free State department of health now I asked for my IRP5 for that month since SARS has the irp for that month and they say I Do not have it since I was appointed that month, but I managed to get them to print out a payslip for that month February and also sworn an affidavit to submit as supporting to documents to SARS. Now my 2014 verification has been completed but I am still waiting for my 2012. I am worried because I submitted the documents for both years at the sametime but one year is still not finished. Is SARS looking for more documents for 2012? Worried because I did not send the other IRP5 |

TaxTim says: 27 September 2015 at 15:38 The affidavit and payslip for February should be sufficient. You could always call SARS on 0800 007 277 to find out if there is anything further required. Bear in mind though the verification process can take up to 30 days. |
