Statement of accounts meaning after submission of documents

I have filed my returns and I was selected for an audit and of which sars asked that I submit supporting document which I submited and I got an email saying I must request my statement of accounts. So I wanna know if this was part of the 21 day process?

No, this is not part of the process. You will receive a Completion Letter which will reflect the outcome of your audit.
