I submitted my tax return on 26 July 2015. The last status date is 19 August and the status is assessed. I am due a refund but I am not sure what the delay is? It does not appear as though I have been chosen for an audit. Please help!! I have had no luck getting through to SARS. Thank you

It may be that you have prior Tax Returns outstanding or need to update your bank details with SARS (although should have received a letter if this is the case).

Some further clarification is below:

Why haven't I received my tax refund yet?

It would be best for you to continue to call SARS helpdesk on 0800 007 277 to follow up.
