Refund and Audit What Now

I submitted my tax return for 2015, I then went back and removed the actual values for repairs and maintenance for my vehicle as I do not have proof of all the records like my insurance, I only have proof of the fuel and maintenance. I then went to my 2014 return and requested a correction as I wanted the the values removed for the cost of my repair expenses. I made these changes on the 1 st of July 2015 and as per usual, I was selected for an audit. According to the call center, they have all the documents that were requested and I was told that it would take 30 days to complete but when I called the call center today I was told that this is now going to take 90 days.
