Received payment reference code from bank, entered into voucher block, not being accepted. Why?

On completion of your questionnaire, I was asked for payment. It has already gone off my bank account and a reference no was given. I entered it into the block on your voucher payment page, but it is not accepted. Please advise.

Did you make an upfront payment by credit / cheque card for the TaxTim service? If so, you will receive an email with your voucher code in it from TaxTim (not the bank) - this is what you must paste into the voucher block (not the bank reference code for payment).
