What documents do I need when asking tim to complete my SARS tax form? IRP5 and anything else ?

Your medical certificate, logbook if you travel for work purposes, contribution certificates to Retirement annuity Funds or Pension/Income Protection Funds. Certificates showing donations to registered charities.
