I think of starting a new business. My employees will receive a fix monthly income of R4000. What amount will I have to deduct from their payslip for PAYE?

They will not be subject to PAYE as their income is below the tax threshold, but you will need to deduct R40 per month as Unemployment Insurance and pay that over to SARS.
