No longer working, is there some money which SARS owes me?

I'm no longer working since last year & some one told me that there is some money I have to receive at SARS. Is it true?

It could be if your PAYE paid was greater than the actual taxes paid, but you would need to file your tax return first declaring all your income in order to be paid out.
