Medical Expenses form - where do I find the RX number?

I'm filling in my Medical Expenses form - I see it now asks for MEDICATION RX NUMBER. Where would I find this? And is it a different number for each purchase?

What form are you completing, no tax form asks for the medication script number.

It's a schedule of medical expenses not recouped from / paid by the medical fund - 2013

Did SARS send this to you? You will find the RX number on your prescription from the pharmacy.
