TaxTim does is not a Tax Practitioner, but an online assistant providing a a guide to completing the tax return. TaxTim does not file your returns with SARS. As the law stands only individuals can register as tax practitioners and therefore our Director mentioned above is the duly registered practitioner with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
