Is R199 a standard fee for all scenarious

Are the costs R199 even if I have a property and receive a car allowance? Is it a standard fee?My husband and I are looking at changing tax practioners

Yes, we charge R199 per return regardless of the type of individual taxpayer and their possible situation.
