If I am a new Estate Agent what do I need to pay tax?

If I am a new Estate Agent what do I need to pay tax? I would prefer to pay my own tax rather than the Agency.

You will be able to deduct all the related expenses that you incur in earning that income from the commission. The agency must apply for a tax directive from SARS which will tell them exactly how much to deduct from your commission paid.
