I registered but cannot proceed to do my returns



I have registered my account but I am redirected to the homepage and I cannot proceed to do my returns.

Are you entering your email and password correctly? Use the 'Check password' button to make sure it's right before you login. When you login does it bring you back to the login screen with an error message, or to the homepage as per www.taxtim.com? Sorry that you are having trouble!
