TaxTim Alicia said: 14 April 2025 at 9:07 We are unfortunately not able to update the banking details for you, but you can do it directly on your SARS eFiling profile, please follow these steps: You need to update your details on SARS eFiling to link your Capitec bank account to your tax profile. -Go to the SARS eFiling homepage, click on "Home" -> "SARS Registered Details" -> "Maintain SARS Registered Details." -Click on "I agree". -A new screen will open up showing your SARS Registered Details. -Click on the "My bank accounts" tab. -If no bank account is listed, click on the "Add bank account" or "Bank account settings" button in the top right of the form. If you're having trouble updating your banking details, you can contact SARS directly at 0800 00 7277 for assistance. Keep in mind that SARS may request an in-person appointment to update your banking information if they deem it necessary.
