I can't get into my SARS e-filing. Rejecting my user name and doesn't know my e-mail address.

I do have a new email address but I tried my old e-mail address and that didn't work either..

On the Login page, if you cannot remember your login username or password it is possible to get these both back by entering your Tax reference number and your ID number / passport number. Click the 'For a reminder of your username or
to reset your password click here' link, then click the option saying 'I forgot my login name', then 'My contact details have not changed' and then enter this info. Your details will either be sent to your old email account (I hope you still have access) or your new one depending on which one you registered with. If this doesn't work, click 'My contact details have changed' and fill in that form. Good luck!
