I am unable to log into eFiling with my details, is it because I manually submitted my return 2012-2

I have registered for eFiling for the tax year 2011-2012 and in the tax year 2012-2013. I manually submitted my return. Please advise if I can still use my log in name and password for the tax year 2013-2014? I did try but unable to log in.

You should be able to, either you can call 0800 00 7277 to try reset your password.
