How to claim taxed monies from SARS?

I was working in company from 2005 to 2012 March ,then I lost my job. My pension fund was paid out, SARS taxed my monies. I want to know how do I claim my monies from SARS.

You cannot claim against a lumpsum payment, the tax paid is a full and final amount.
