How do I calculate my lump sum payout for 2016 tax year?

I don't know whether to make my retirement date end Feb 2015 or Mar 2015. Your calculator doesn't calculate for 2016 tax year.

The 2016 rates have not been set yet so we cannot include them anywhere.
