How can you change login details for eFiling?

I am unable to visit the branch as im abroad and their response was I need to visit their branch to be assisted to reset both my password and username. Is this true?

You should be able to retrieve them online on www.sarsefiling.co.za by using the email you used when you registered. If that doesn't work then whomever you spoke to wasn't sure as if you provide them with the correct details over the phone they can reset both for you.
