Have ITA 34, and Statement, banking details verfied but it says on my status ITA document assessing

I received my ITA34 and statement of account, which shows a refund however I got a letter to say that I need to confirm my banking details, which have not changed at all, so I went into SARS and verified now my status says: document received ITA being assessed. I was already assessed. I don't understand....Please help?

It is SARS' way of telling you that the whole process is being considered, it takes several days for the new banking details to be updated. SARS are also currently having a problem with their systems which is delaying some of the process.
