Gap cover included in my IRP5 code 4005

Gap Cover on IRP5:
Hi Tim, I am trying to submit my IRP5 but my employer added my Medical Gap Cover to my Source Code 4005. According to my IRP5 under code 4005: R33672, but according to my statement from my medical aid it is R26606. Must I leave it as is? They contribute only a portion and my amounts under 3810 & 4474 are R26172. What must I do?

You should leave it as is, SARS prefers to rely on the IRP5 than the medical certificate and it will probably not make a difference unless you earn below R70,000 for the year.
