TaxTim Marc said: 10 May 2015 at 19:05 Directors are deemed to receive an income from the company in cases where they do not receive an actual monthly payment. Therefore this implies that directors would need to be registered taxpayers. You can find this in the 4th schedule of the Income Tax Act. |
