Do I owe sars or do they owe me?

Hi Tim I received a ITA34 certificate from my old job as a waiter & bar man @ seasons sport & spa and I don't know what it means do I owe SARS or do SARS owe me???

You shouldn't have paid any tax in your old job in which case you don't owe SARS nor does SARS owe you.
The fact that your earnings are reflected on the ITA34 indicates that no tax was withheld.
