Do I have to register for UIF at SARS or the Labour Department?

If I registered my business for PAYE at SARS do I have to register for UIF at the Labour Department or does SARS do it automatically?

No, unfortunately SARS does not do it automatically. You will need to contact the Department of Labour (DOL) and register your business as an Employer and submit all employee details to them. You will find information how to do this on the DOL website.
