Do I have the right to claim tax for the last ten years or not?

I would like to ask if I work for company for 10 years, now resign and am not working there, and pay as you earn was deducted - was I supposed to claim or not?

It would depend on your individual circumstances each year, but you should always have filed a tax return to be compliant with SARS and in case you were due a refund.
