Contract worker and the tax effects?

I want to know. I worked for 3 years on a contract. I was taxed on my pay. Is it wise for me to do a tax return? My salary was plus minus 8000. 00 montly

You should always submit a tax return regardless of how much you earn. Often you could receive a refund due to some deductions you may be able to take advantage of. Register for TaxTim and let us assist you in filing your return and to see if you could get a refund.
