Cannot login to my e-filing account to submit my returns

I have filed an IRP5 before and was successful in doing so. I have unfortunately lost/do not know my eFiling login details as they were saved on my old laptop which is now broken. Unfortunately I don't remember my username or password, nor it seems, the answers to my security questions! Please help! I simply haven't been able to login to my eFiling account to submit my 2015 IRP5!

You can call 0800 00 7277 and ask SARS to send you the details required.
