My child attends a remedial school which was recommended by a psychologist. Can I claim back on these fees as a disability?

The tax benefit arises due to medical bills paid as a result of a disability. It wouldn't apply to school fees.
SARS generally considers disabilities as such when your function in life is impaired over a long period, or forever.
