I have been offered a job within South Africa that has various branches across the world. I will be contracted by the company. Thus I will be spending every second month out of the country, 6 months away and 6 months home. I would like to know how I am going to be taxed because I am not 100% sure?
Are you out of SA for longer than 60 days at a time for any period?

I possibly could be, but I'm not sure. What would be the tax implications if I were out for longer than 60 days at a time and if I was not? If I was out for longer than 60 days would I have to pay tax in both countries just for the income I have earned?

If you were out of the country for the 60 days consecutively and 183 days in total then that portion of Foreign income may be exempt.
