WHY DO SARS SAY...COMMISSION EXPENSES DISALLOWED-SECTION 23(M) ACT 58 1962 AS AMENDED

WHAT DO IT MEAN WHEN SARS SEND YOU NOTICE THAT... COMMISSION EXPENSES DISALLOWED SECTION 23(M) OF INCOME TAX. ACT 58 OF 1962 as AMENDED?
THE ONUS WAS NOT DISCHARGED TO PROVE THAT COMMISSION WAS INDEED MORE THAN 50% OF GROSS REMUNERATION

ACCORDING TO MY PAYSLIPS MY COMMISSION IS MORE THAN 50% OF SALARY

Your commission needs to more than 50% of your total income, not your salary.
