Why do I owe SARS money?

Good day, I have a very straight forward tax return: I have an income, I receive a monthly reimbursement towards medical expenses (my husbands company pays for my medical aid) This is added to my monthly income and taxed. I pay PAYE and UIF and my RA is deducted from my salary. I have never owed SARS money until this year. I cannot understand why I would owe SARS money now? It's a very small amount that SARS say I owe them, however I am sure there is a problem and would like to get to the bottom of it as I am very surprised I owe SARS money when I have paid my PAYE every month and my employer says it has been paid to SARS correctly. Usually I get a very small return every year and it seems this year it's the other way around. very confused.

This would be due to rounding errors on the PAYE calculation and often happens both on the refund and the owing to SARS side.
