Freelancer with multiple sources of income, what sort of tax do I register for and how do I sumbit?

I am a freelancer working in the film industry. As such I have have periods of consistent work with a production company for a number of months, but also gain smaller amounts of income from private work on the side. Giving short courses and doing small corporate or private videos and edits. I am not registred as company and do all work as a private individual. How do I divide up my income, to sumbit for my tax return?
And what type of tax-payer would I register as?

This is my first year registering for tax.

You need to register as a provisional tax payer if your taxable income (i.e income less expenses) is above the tax threshold of R73,650 for the 2015/2016 tax year.

You need to keep a record of all your income earned from the various sources as well as the business related expenses (eg. cellphone, mileage, wear and tear on equipment, etc)

Please see link below for more information on provisional tax.

Thanks for the reply.

The company I work for handles the tax from the income they pay me.

I take it I will still need to be registered as a Provisional Tax payer for the other income sources?
