Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund policy:

  • Should at any time you be dissatisfied with the service received, please lodge a complaint through the complaints function located at Lodge a Complaint and one of our tax professionals will assist in resolving the issue within 48hours during weekdays and 96hrs if the complaint was lodged on a weekend.
  • Should there be no resolution and it has been agreed that TaxTim has been unable to complete and submit a tax return or not answered a question to your satisfaction within the relevant time period then a credit will be offered for the following tax year or for future use.
  • Should a credit not be satisfactory then a full refund will be made into the account used to make the purchase to the value of the amount paid for the transaction.

Cancellations:

  • Should you wish to cancel your registered profile with TaxTim then please contact our team via the Lodge a Complaint function to request that your registered account be deleted.
  • Should you wish to longer receive emails from TaxTim, each email contains an unsubscribe button with which to do so.
  • Should you wish to opt out of all reminders and emails, but maintain your registered profile then please log into your TaxTim account and click Profile to adjust contact preferences.
