I have never submitted a tax return before as I was under the bracket and did not need to claim anything. I tried calling them but alas no answer... |

If you are a non-resident, you only have to fill out a tax return if you earn money from sources in South Africa. You don't have to pay tax on any income earned from outside of SA. |
