Why can't I get R21,000 initially?

Hi Tim, thanks for a wonderfully informative site.
On SARS eFilings my tax returns were different from that of what I have on my IRP5 mailed to me by my work, so I corrected it. Which came back as me owing R16000 to SARS so I disputed and loaded the original on, now it shows I'm entitled to a refund after R21000-16000.

I submitted documents as requested and I'm also for audit. My question is will they pick up that I made an error initially and not refund me for the entire amount of R21000?

The two assessments need to be read together so effectively after the audit the remaining refund is R5000.
