Who qualifies to be a taxpayer?

I'm currently working and earn R3000. Does that mean I'm suppose to pay tax.
what's the minimum earning for a person to pay tax?

The current minimum income in order to qualify as a taxpayer for those people under 65 years of age is R67 111 per annum.
