Which return/s to complete if I have not yet filed a return for 2015 and am a provisional taxpayer?

I have not competed a tax return for the 2015 tax year. I am registered as a provisional tax payer. I am unsure whether I need to complete two tax returns or one? And which tax returns they would be?

If you are registered as a provisional taxpayer you should have filed a provisional tax return in August 2014 and again in February 2015. You should also be filing a 2015 ITR12 (Tax Return) which is due 29 January 2016.

Either way, you will need to file a ITR12 which is due this week.

Let TaxTim assist you to complete and submit your tax return to SARS.
