Who must record a donation of R100 000? The donor or donee and where on the tax form must it be reflected.

Is the amount under or over R100 000. Amounts donated over R100 000 are subject to donations tax payable by the donor at a rate of 20%. A special donations tax return is required to be submitted to SARS.
