You would had to have paid that on the day you filed your provisional return, before the August deadline. If you had not paid it then you would have incurred a penalty of a 10% late payment penalty. When you filed your return on the Income Tax Working Page there is a button for payment which would assist you in making payment. Unfortunately SARS does not send reminders for Provisional Tax payments.

There are no banking details on that payment page. If I am to incur a penalty, will that be added to the payment?

If you go to "request statement" and click for the 2014 year, a PROVSA will be drawn up which has all the details for you.

:) Ok this is all a little confusing...
So if I submitted my first provisional tax return for 2013, do I only get billed in 2014 or am I only to pay by 2014?

You need to pay the provisional tax on the day you submitted, so that would be before 30th August 2013. The provisional tax return due by 30th August 2013 is for income earned in the 2014 tax year (1 March 2013 to 28 Feb 2014).
