What does the "-"before the calculated tax amount mean?

I am trying to submit my SARS tax return and when I selected the calculate button it gave me a breakdown of income etc. My question is though, my calculated tax result says -R4568. What does this mean? Do I owe the South African Revenue Services this money or is this money due to me?

It means this is money owed to you as a refund.
