What does 'Due to you' mean on my SARS assessment?

I just don't understand this "due to you" thing it is been 3 working days since I have been to SARS and I have not received anything. I don't know if I owe them or they owe me, even though my assessment says "due to you"

If your tax account says due to you it means that SARS owes you a refund for a tax return that you submitted, seeing as it's not been long, SARS should refund you within 7 days from the day you received this notification. Should you however not receive this refund during this time, you will need to check if SARS has your banking details on file, you can do this by either calling the SARS call centre at 0800 007 277 or you can check on eFiling. To check your banking details on eFiling, you need to go to the website www.sarsefiling.co.za then go to "Home", "User", "Maintain SARS Registered Details", accept the terms and then click on banking details, this will tell you if your banking details are correct on the SARS system.  There are times that SARS might hold onto your refund if they need to review your supporting documents and compare it to your return, this might take an additional 21 business days, please call SARS to check the refund status.
