What does "due to you" mean on the tax return?

I just don't understand this "due to you" thing its been 3working days since I have went to SARS and I havn't received anything now I don't know if I owe them or they owe me, even though my assessment says "due to you"

IF it says due to you then this means you will be paid a refund.
