What does documentation for review actually mean?

Hi there, all documents that SARS requested has been reviewed and given the all clear from the auditor at my local branch, when I called the call center they could not assist in telling me how long till the finalization. I don't understand if the all clear has been given by the auditor surely they can finalize it and do the payout? Or am I missing something?

The audit process can take quite awhile to be finalised and once it has there is still a delay in the refund being paid out. How long has it been since you found it the audit had been concluded?

I spoke to the auditor on Wednesday, 17 Oct when she told me that she gave the go-ahead for the payment to be released as all is 100%. Then on Fridqay I phoned the call center and they had no idea what I was talking about, but eventually after an argument, the picked it up and when I logged onto efiling Friday evening I saw the message on my status and that the correction has been filed.

You should receive the refund in your account within 2-3 days, so most likely sometime on Tuesday or Wednesday morning.
