I do development from home sometimes, also my work have a business continuity plan that require us to work from home in case of an emergency. Would this suffice as enough proof? Whom do I contact at SARS to get a formal answer before buying the laptop? Again thanks for your input, appreciated. |

TaxTim says: 29 May 2015 at 14:59 SARS will not give you a formal answer, but you should get a letter from your employer stating you use your own laptop for work purposes and SARS should accept that along with the invoice. |
