We a South African company providing a service in Botswana for South Africans. When invoicing our customers do I invoice with vat?
Can I claim input vat for expenses incurred in Botswana? Botswana vat is at 15%..

No you will not be able to claim VAT in SA for these expenses, you will need to check with Botswana if you can claim the VAT back there. You do not charge VAT to Botswana because foreign services are exempt supplies.
