I expect to receive a small UK state pension from this year. I am not a taxpayer and am married in COP my husband pays tax. Will this pension be taxable on his tax return?

There is no tax on foreign pensions received if that pension related to income earned whilst not in South Africa. He would need to declare it on his tax return as an "amount considered not taxable".
