I have received this letter from SARS and uploaded the requested supporting docs.

Thank you for submitting your income tax return for the 2015 year of assessment. Your assessment has been concluded and reflects an amount refundable to you of R -21375. 50"
I am not sure what is the next process for the money to be paid out?

It can take up to 30 working days for SARS to review your supporting documents. Once their review is complete, they should issue you with a "Completion Letter" and you should hopefully receive your refund in a few days. This is provided you don't have any tax returns from prior years outstanding.

You can always follow up the progress of your refund with SARS on 0800 007 277.
