Remember to: - provide a certified copy of your ID - proof of address (e.g.. utility bill, rates and taxes bill, lease agreements) must be less than 3 months old - Original letter from your bank/bank statement with all your details and the bank's details. This cannot be more than 3 months old and must have the bank's stamp on it. |
