Submitting necessary documents at SARS manually.

Do I really have to go to SARS in person and submit my ID, bank statements etc. if all I have done is removed my tax practitioner's access and changed my bank details and address on my existing profile? Can these documents not be submitted online?I cant seem to access my IRT12 to fill in the generated information without doing this??

You do have to go into a branch office when changing your bank details unfortunately. SARS are very strict about this and request this to be done in person to avoid any fraud committed on your account.
